How do people join?
Two ways, both from your team admin dashboard. Share your invite link with the whole group, anyone with it signs up and instantly gets a Pro seat. Or add specific people by email and we send them a personal link. You also see who has joined, who is pending, and assign lessons from the same place.
What happens if someone leaves?
Remove them from the dashboard with one click and the seat is free for someone else. Seats are tied to the person's account, not transferable. If your subscription is canceled, all seats revert to free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers later?
Yes. Email us at admin@curiositybyade.com and we will move you. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the unused portion of your current plan credited. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, no part-cycle refunds. Payment methods, invoices, and cancellations are self-service via the Stripe customer portal from your account page.
